Brain Before Speed

Brain before speed: Imagine boarding a flight and, just as it's about to take off, Boom! You realize the security instructions were never performed. Not possible right? Ever wondered why it is done every time a flight takes off? A flight is most likely to contain frequent flyers or people who have already travelled through airways a lot. Yet it still stands significant for all of us to remember the safety gears at all costs no matter how used to we’re to the mode of transport. The same goes for two-wheelers. We don’t really keep the safety measures for these vehicles into our focal areas. But yes, driving a bike or a scooter holds the same amount of risk factors a plane journey does. Wearing a helmet should be an obligation, not because you’re hesitant on your driving skills, but because on that very moment you’re safeguarding the people who might drive along with you on that road from the possible perils & your loved ones from experiencing a great loss. Spreading the awareness on this very logic, Brain before Speed was executed by our team. Brain before Speed was an International Service Initiative through which our team members & GBMs conducted an awareness drive on the occasion of world brain day. The project was conducted in collaboration with Fortis Hospital, where the team covered all the short-listed destinations to carry out the awareness drive. The entire awareness drive was conducted within one day which involved endless travelling and working to achieve the goal of proving the significance of helmets that are easily overlooked by all of us in our day to day lives but can actually prove to be our 6th gear while driving a two-wheeler. The most prominent part of travelling is our safety and there is no other emergency or destination which upholds that priority, hence, nor should we move our priorities in such a thoughtless manner. The best ride is the safest ride, protect the brain that dreams of miles.
