The project partnered with renowned organizations like UNICEF, YLAC and Community to amplify its impact, aiming to inspire participants to become active citizens and uphold democratic values. Through a series of insightful sessions, participants explored their rights, duties and personal values, while working on mini-projects that challenged them to apply these lessons in real-world contexts. The culmination of the project saw enthusiastic presentations, celebrating the participants’ commitment to spreading the power and importance of the Constitution, making them true ‘Jagriks’ in every sense. 2] Next Think Tank : A Career Development Initiative Aimed at inspiring and equipping students for their professional journeys, this two-day event brought together meaningful career insights and motivational stories. The resume- building workshop, led by Ms. Priyanka Kale, an HR Manager at Wipro, provided practical tips on creating impactful resumes. The sessions with motivational speakers Dr. Yoga Sreelesh Nambiar, Founder of I Am Trans and Mr. Shubham Dhananjay Vanmali, an internationally acclaimed open-water swimmer, highlighted perseverance, resilience and success. Designed to empower participants, the initiative combined skill-building with powerful life lessons, leaving attendees motivated to strive for excellence and turn their aspirations into reality. The event also fostered a sense of community, as students interacted with industry experts and peers, gaining a broader perspective on career growth and personal development. 3] Jashn-E-Riwayat : A Club Service Initiative Jashn-E-Riwayat was a special occasion to commemorate the Rotaract Club of B. K. Birla College’s remarkable 16-year journey of service and growth. The event brought together past and present members, mentors and alumni who shared their experiences and insights, celebrating the legacy the club has built over the years. From interactive activities to inspiring speeches, the celebration reflected on the club’s achievements while energizing everyone for the future. With touching tributes to past presidents and heartfelt messages from leaders, the day was a powerful reminder of the impact the club continues to make. The celebration ended with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony, leaving a lasting sense of pride and unity. 4] Rotaract ka Meme Lord : A Digital Communications Initiative “Rotaract Ka Meme Lord” was a month-long project aimed at engaging members of the Rotaract Club of B. K. Birla College through fun and creative weekly challenges. Participants created memes and reels based on themes like Diwali and New Year, blending humor with the club’s values. The submissions were shared on social media, with polls determining the best entries. The project concluded with Rtr. Yash Yadav being announced as the winner during the club’s 16th Charter Day, celebrating his creativity and the success of this interactive initiative. 5] Flavour, Fun & Frames : A Public Relations & Marketing Initiative The event brought the campus to life with a perfect blend of creativity, energy and teamwork. With engaging stalls like the photo booth, food stall and games, the event captured the attention and enthusiasm of students and staff alike. Participants enjoyed a unique experience that combined fun, flavor and memorable moments. From exciting activities to delicious snacks, the event reflected the spirit of the Rotaract Club, fostering connections and spreading joy across the college. The feedback and atmosphere spoke volumes about the positive impact it had, leaving everyone eager for more such initiatives. 6] EcoXmas : A Creatives Initiative In a bid to promote sustainability and creativity, the team came together for a unique initiative that combined festive cheer with environmental consciousness. The idea was simple yet impactful; crafting a Christmas tree entirely from waste materials. Over two days, participants gathered items from their homes, like cardboard, newspapers and string, transforming them into an eco-friendly tree adorned with handmade decorations. This initiative fostered teamwork and resourcefulness, with everyone feeling proud of the beautiful and meaningful creation they brought to life. The tree, a symbol of creativity and sustainability, was shared through instagram posts, showcasing the collective effort and the holiday spirit. 7] Merry & Bright Bash : A Club Service Initiative The “Merry & Bright Bash” was an exciting celebration that combined the joy of Christmas and the anticipation of the New Year. Held at Kalyan Central Park, the event brought people together to enjoy a festive atmosphere filled with fun activities and games. From the adrenaline-pumping Caterpillar Balloon Race to the lively Hook Step Guessing Game, the night was filled with laughter, friendly competition and a sense of unity. The event provided a perfect opportunity to celebrate the holiday spirit while making lasting memories with friends and new faces. The evening concluded on a high note with heartfelt gratitude and appreciation, creating a sense of togetherness as everyone left with smiles, excited for the upcoming year.
