Project Name: Membership Drive
Rotaract club brings together people to exchange ideas, development of professional skills.
Purpose:
• when more people come together & performs a good cause it results into increasing bonding between people & building the better relations.
• This project was mainly conducted to bring members for the club.
Project Execution:
The project "Membership Drive" was conducted by 'Human Resource Development ' Avenue of Rotaract club of Birla college at Bk. Birla college, from 23rd July 2019 to 31st July , 2019 from 11:15 am to 12:00 pm
Steps Taken:
• Firstly the venue for project & projector for PPT presentation were arranged & PPT was conducted in every classes of first year.
• All the team members were divided in groups & were used to gathered at 11:00 am outside the respective classrooms.
• The GBM's were introduced with the word Rotaract Club & how does it functions & other necessary information was provided.
• All the team members & GCM's has introduced themselves & their work to the GBM's.
• All the students were excited to know more about the Rotaract & were eager to join Rotaract.
