This project was conducted by an "Human Resource Development Avenue" of Rotaract club of Birla college.
Purpose:
• To excerpt the Rotaract journey & experience of members.
• To scrutinize what members have learnt from Rotaract.
• To shed light on what is the R- factor for the members.
Project Execution:
• Team HRD came with an initiative, wherein they decided to take a shot video of all the Rotaractors, Other club Rotaractors & Rotaractors of District 3142.
• What all the members had to do is just to share their best experience in Rotaract considering the following points.
• Members were told to share their overall experience in Rotaract. How Rotaract has changed their life.
• In short, how Rotaract has helped them in their personal as well as professional life.
• Members were asked to record the video of Maximum one minute highlighting that which event was the R- Factor ( Rotaract) for them.
•There was a great response coming from members side & we received more than 30 videos. Videos were got posted on our Instagram handle of club.
