FIT IS LIT

Summary:-

'FIT IS LIT' was conducted because now a day's lockdown is going on and no one can go

anywhere. So the initiative was taken by our sports directors to make our India fit and

healthy.


Aim - to create some awareness about exercise and fitness.


Steps taken:-

1. Get the project approved from core team

2. Took permission from advisory meeting

3. Meet with team 19-20

4. Announcement of. the project


The project"FIT IS LIT" was held on 24 April 2020 and ended on 28 April 2020. The main

objective of this project was to take steps towards fitness without going to the gym.

Firstly we sorted 5 exercises which we had conducted during 5 days and decided on

each day there will be different exercises and made schedule which are as follows:-

Timing for accepting entries:- 8:30 PM

Day 1. Squats

Day 2. Push ups

Day 3. Side setups

Day 4. Plank

Day 5. Bicycle crunches


All members have to make a video in which they show their interest towards fitness by doing

exercises. Video should be of 2 minutes maximum.


1-SQUATS. Boys - 20

Girls (G). 15

2-PUSH UPS Boys - 15

Girls - 8

3-SIDE SIT UPS Boys - 30

Girls - 20

4-PLANK. Boys - 40 sec.

Girls - 30 sec.

5-BICYCLE CRUNCHES Boys - 30

Girls - 20


Project Execution:-

This project was initiated by our sports directors from 24th April 2020 to 28th April 2020.
