'The Space Jam' project was conducted by Club Service Avenue of Rotaract Club of Birla College on 18th September, 2021 from 1 PM to 3 PM at Shishu Vikas school, Ambedkar road, Bhanu Nagar.
• Due to the pandemic guidelines, a hybrid installation was conducted on zoom platform through which district members attended and physically at the venue where team members and alumnis attended.
• Firstly we made a promotional message and invited all the guests and our buddy rotaractors.
• Our honourable chief guest for the day was Rtr. Rahesh Donny, District Rotaract Representative RID3142 and guest of honour was Rtn. Arun Sapkale, President of Rotary Club of Kalyan for 2021-22. It was an immense pleasure to have these wonderful personalities in our installation.
• All the dignitaries were given a warm welcome and awards were given to the best board of directors and best newcomers. Along with it, Birla docket winners 2020-21 were felicitated.
• Ms. Akansha Panchal sang a beautiful memory relieving song.
• Rtr. Shashant Singh gave his outgoing speech and signed of for the last time as a President for the year.
• Rtr. Sanjana Nagothi, President for the year 2021-22, gave her acceptance speech and released the year theme 'LAKSHYA'.
• Core team and Board of Directors were inducted by the President.
• Rtr. Devashish Mande, Zonal Rotaract Representative Zone 3, Guest of honour and Chief Guest addressed the crowd with their motivational and supportive words.
• Vote of thanks was given Rtr. Dipesh Londhe, Vice President for the year 2021-22.
• First Secretarial announcement was done by Rtr. Kashish Pandey, Secretary for the year 2021-22.
• First SAA announcement was done by Rtr. Mahima Holani, Sergeant At Arms for the year 2021-22.
• President, Rtr. Sanjana Nagothi adjourned the 13th installation ceremony 'The Space Jam'.
