Vibe and Flow

Summary:- In this covid pandamic situation all are facing some tension and pressure. Our mind is not at all free from this situation. All are scared about 'what will be the next situation we have to face?'. So for surrounding you with positive vibes and thought our club had organised an yoga session.

Aim:- To make all people free with the tension and surround them with positive thoughts.

Steps taken:-

1) Discussed with president and team.

2) Making and sharing of PR message and JPEG.

3) We all desire for world harmony, however world harmony will never be accomplished except if we initially set up harmony inside our own personalities. In this Quarantine, all we are doing is resting and eating as much as possible, isn't that so? Imagine a scenario in which we get the chance to do some yoga to quiet our emotional well-being and muscles.

4) Along these lines, we Rotaractors have orchestrated an online yoga meeting for all. The mentor for the meeting is Komal Choudhary. She will show us a few asanas which are going to assist us with continuing our body.

5) And the meeting was conducted on "ZOOM APP".

Project Execution:-

This project was conducted by our sports directors on 22nd May, 2020 at sharp 6 p.m.
